Minimum monthly rate of $23.00 for the first 2,000 gallons then $5.00 per 1,000 gallons for any additional use. Example: A 6,000-gallon water bill will be billed as
follows:
2,000 gallons minimum $23.00
4,000 gallons@ $5.00 per 1,000 gallons= +$20.00
